Kristen Zaleski is staying busy. Soon after landing a commitment from four-star pitcher Courtney Bandy, the new Utah State head coach landed another huge verbal to her 2028 class.
Arlie “AJ” Tatum, a four-star recruit from the star-studded Warrior Academy McDonald squad, announced her intentions to be an Aggie on Thursday.
Tatum, who can play a corner infield spot and even catch, but likely will find a future at first base. At the plate, she’s a true all-fields hitter, comfortable driving the ball to either gap or lining one back up the middle, and she’s at her best when she keeps her approach centered and lets the pitch dictate where it goes.
