Michigan State has come out strong in the 2028 recruiting cycle. After Sharonda McDonald-Kelley and company picked up a commitment from four-star pitcher AJ Jarzab, they are now keeping a Michigan talent home. Four-star middle infielder Aubrey Kresbaugh announced her pledge to the Spartans on Monday.
"There's something special about the chance to help build and elevate a Big Ten program in my home state, and to represent Michigan every time I step on the field."
Kresbaugh, a commerce Township, Mich. native, had an excellent summer with Turnin2 Pezz, which shined through the travel season. Kresbaugh is an athletic, left-handed hitting middle infielder with a strong, fundamental swing. She can stay inside the ball and does a nice job driving it to the pull side. She has good hands and feet on defense.
The Spartans are looking at a legit recruiting class to help build up the program once again.
